1. The service
TrendScore provides automated crypto market scans, directional scores, technical summaries, calculated entry and exit levels, and tools to create and track virtual positions. The scanner can display LONG or SHORT candidates and ranked setups. Outputs are generated from market data and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete.
Virtual balances and positions exist only inside the service. They are not deposits, exchange accounts, cash, or transferable assets. TrendScore does not place exchange orders, hold your trading funds, or act as your broker. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the scanner or virtual positions.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service only where you are permitted to do so. Some features require email verification or two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you tell us promptly about unauthorized access.
Plan access is determined by your account tier and any paid access associated with your account. Features and limits are described on the pricing page. Market data feeds, model-generated summaries, and service availability can change or be interrupted.
3. Leaderboard
Leaderboard rankings are based on simulated trading activity. Virtual Profit and simulated returns have no cash value. Rankings may change as trading results and eligible participants change, and a leaderboard position does not guarantee investment skill or indicate expected financial performance. TrendScore may exclude accounts from leaderboard participation when necessary, including test accounts, abuse, manipulation, fraud prevention, technical integrity, or enforcement of platform rules.
4. Crypto purchases and prepaid access
Where checkout is offered, Pro and Ultimate can be purchased as one-month or one-year prepaid access through NOWPayments. The selected plan and USD price appear before checkout. NOWPayments shows the payment asset, blockchain network, receiving address, and exact crypto amount. Quotes, minimum amounts, and fees can change before you pay; your wallet or exchange may also charge a withdrawal fee.
Access starts only after NOWPayments reports the payment as finished and TrendScore verifies the order and full quoted amount. Waiting, confirming, confirmed, partially paid, failed, or expired payments do not activate access automatically. A prepaid purchase does not renew automatically. Renewal of the same plan extends from the end of its current prepaid period; plan changes become available after that period ends.
Pro and Ultimate members may also buy fixed packages of virtual simulation balance. Purchased virtual funds are credited only after a verified, fully paid transaction. They can be used only for TrendScore simulations and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cryptocurrency, or redeemed for cash.
Send only the quoted asset and amount on the network shown for the current payment. A payment sent to a wrong network or address, sent after expiry, or sent below the quoted amount may require investigation and may not be credited automatically. Blockchain transfers cannot simply be reversed. Contact us with the order and payment references if something goes wrong; recovery is not guaranteed. If a payment is refunded, the associated access or virtual balance may be reversed.

5. Your use of the service
You may use TrendScore for your own lawful analysis and virtual practice. Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, misuse its APIs or data, or bypass plan limits or security controls. You remain responsible for any real-world financial decisions you make outside TrendScore.
6. Market outputs and limits
Directional scores, ranked setups, calculated levels, AI summaries, and simulated profit or loss are analytical outputs. They are not a guarantee of accuracy, returns, or future market behavior. The service does not assess your full financial circumstances or decide whether a real trade is suitable for you. Settings you choose can affect virtual position calculations.
Live prices and completed scan snapshots have different update schedules. Quotes may be delayed or unavailable. Virtual results omit factors that may affect real trading, including execution conditions and market liquidity. We may change or correct outputs when underlying data or systems change.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not take away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live or purchase the service.
8. Changes, suspension, and contact
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. We may restrict access to protect the service or respond to misuse, legal obligations, or payment status. Your mandatory legal rights are not limited by these terms.
