1. Information we collect
- Account and profile: email address, username, optional name and avatar, verification status, password hash or linked sign-in provider information, and account security settings.
- Service settings and activity: selected scan intervals, favorites, virtual risk and target settings, virtual positions, simulated balances, and position history.
- Billing records, if you make a purchase: membership or virtual-balance package, USD price, order and invoice identifiers, provider payment reference, status, purchase and access dates, and invoice link. Card billing records may also include provider customer and subscription identifiers. For crypto payments, we process the provider's reported amounts and currencies while verifying a payment. Payment details you enter at checkout are handled by the payment provider, not TrendScore account forms.
- Waitlist: the submitted email address, request source, IP address, user agent, and submission time.
- Security and support: sign-in sessions, verification and reset requests, two-factor authentication data, messages you send to support, and the IP address, time, and topic of contact-form submissions for spam prevention.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide scans and virtual-position features, apply plan limits, respond to support requests, process waitlist submissions, prevent misuse, and keep the service working. Billing records are used to reconcile purchases and access and meet applicable obligations. If you opt in to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site visits, page views, and leaderboard interactions such as filter changes. Analytics depends on your optional consent. Your applicable privacy rights may vary by location.
3. Leaderboard visibility
TrendScore displays the Top 10 traders to public visitors and the Top 100 to signed-in users. A leaderboard entry may show your username, rank, plan, simulated return percentage, virtual profit, trade statistics, and TrendScore Rating. Your email address, private account details, and payment information are not displayed on public or member leaderboards. Leaderboard results come from virtual trading activity and do not represent real cash profits or investment returns.
4. Other services involved
For crypto checkout, TrendScore sends NOWPayments the order reference, description, USD price, and payment notification and return URLs. NOWPayments hosts the payment page and processes transaction details under its own Privacy Policy. We receive payment notifications and look up the provider's payment record to verify its status, amounts, and currencies before granting access or virtual balance. We do not ask for your wallet private key or exchange sign-in details. If you enter an email for updates on the NOWPayments page, NOWPayments processes it under its policy.
If card checkout is offered, the card provider identified there processes card details under its own privacy notice. TrendScore receives customer, subscription, and transaction references needed to manage access and purchase history.
Optional Google, GitHub, or Microsoft sign-in sends you to the provider you choose and returns account details needed to sign in. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for bot protection on account forms. TrendScore uses public Binance market data. When the optional AI analysis service is enabled, market metrics and scan candidates may be sent to Google's Gemini service to generate summaries; this flow is not designed to send your account profile or payment details.
When you accept analytics, the Google Analytics tag (measurement ID G-87XP8JZHZC) can place analytics cookies and send page-view and leaderboard interaction data to Google. We configure this tag without advertising consent and do not send account email addresses through our analytics events. Google may process analytics information under its own privacy terms. You can change your choice from Cookie settings at any time; see our Cookie Policy.

5. Cookies and security
The site uses storage needed for sign-in sessions, two-factor authentication, and your cookie choice. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after you accept analytics. Third-party checkout, sign-in, and bot-protection services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their policies. The Cookie Policy explains these categories and how to change your choice. We use technical measures such as password hashing, access controls, and protected account routes, but no online system can promise absolute security.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep account and virtual-position records while needed to provide and secure the service. Billing records may need to be kept for tax, dispute, or legal purposes. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations. You can update some profile and preference information in your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact info@trendscore.io. We will review requests under applicable law and explain any data we must retain.
If you joined the waitlist and want your entry removed, use the same contact address. For information that NOWPayments collects directly on its checkout page, you may also contact NOWPayments under its privacy notice.
