1. Purchases covered
Where offered, Pro and Ultimate are sold as non-renewing prepaid crypto memberships through NOWPayments. Pro and Ultimate members may also buy packages of virtual simulation balance. The plan or package and USD price appear before checkout; NOWPayments shows the payment asset, network, and quoted amount. Virtual simulation balance has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed.
If card billing is offered for your account, the checkout will identify its provider and billing terms. Refund requests for those purchases can also be sent to TrendScore under this policy.
2. Payment problems
Access or virtual balance is added only after a verified finished payment for the full quoted amount. If your payment is pending, underpaid, sent on the wrong network, sent to an old address, or not reflected in your account, contact us before sending more funds. NOWPayments may investigate some payment errors, but recovery or a provider refund is not guaranteed and network fees may apply. See NOWPayments' payment refund information.
3. Refund requests and consumer rights
TrendScore reviews refund requests for its memberships and virtual balance purchases under applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Rights may depend on your location, purchase type, timing, and use of the service. TrendScore does not offer an additional voluntary refund guarantee, but this does not restrict any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot be waived.
A completed blockchain transfer cannot be reversed in the way a card charge can. That technical fact does not, by itself, decide whether TrendScore owes a refund under applicable law. If a refund is due, we will explain how it will be processed. If a purchase is refunded, its associated prepaid access or virtual balance may be removed or adjusted.
4. How to ask for help or a refund
Email info@trendscore.io with your account email, order or payment ID, and a short description of the issue. For a transfer problem, include the asset, network, amount, date, and transaction hash if available. Do not send wallet private keys, seed phrases, or exchange passwords. We may need to coordinate with NOWPayments to investigate payment processing.
5. Prepaid period expiry
Crypto memberships expire at the end of their prepaid period and do not renew automatically, so no recurring charge needs to be canceled. A refund request is separate from expiry. See the Terms of Use for how virtual balances and positions work.
